Swati

Swati is the 15th of the twenty-seven nakshatras (lunar mansions), spanning 6°40′–20°00′ Libra of the sidereal zodiac.

Its ruling graha is Rahu (the north node), its presiding deity Vayu (the wind), and its symbol the a young shoot bending in the wind.
